Built by contractors who were tired of finding out late

Prōduk! comes out of building-envelope work in Québec, where a crew's real productivity was something you learned at the end of the job, from the invoices.

The gap we're closing

Contractors already have tools for contracts, drawings, schedules, invoicing and deficiencies. What they don't have is a simple, continuous measurement of productivity: which crews are hitting their targets, which activities are drifting from the plan, and whether last week's fix worked. That information exists on site every day. It just doesn't make it to a decision in time.

Prōduk! is deliberately narrow. It doesn't try to be a project-management suite. It's an operational-intelligence layer that turns daily field production into numbers management can act on, and it sits beside whatever else you already run.

What it's for

  • Measure actual productivity, not just record completed work.
  • Catch drift early, while an intervention is still cheap.
  • Compare crews and methods, and keep the best ones.
  • Learn across projects, so the next estimate is better than the last.
  • Plan from real rates: remaining quantity, crew capacity, milestones.

Who it's for

Specialty contractors with enough concurrent work that keeping track of production by hand has stopped working. Our first customers are building-envelope contractors; the approach is the same for any trade that finishes a measurable quantity every day: masonry, roofing, cladding, interiors, paving, civil.

Where it is today

Prōduk! is in production use on live projects, with a field app for reporters and a web app for the office, in French and English. We're onboarding a small number of new contractors at a time so that every first project is set up properly.
